I would be ****ed if Vitali came back.

He needs to stay retired. Love that man, but he's too old.

Wlad will smash Fury in the Rematch.

Wlad losing was just a clever way of getting Briggs off his back so he can train to his full potential for the upcoming domination HW is going to see in the near future.

Brigg's soul has been consumed by Fury and shall haunt Wlad wherever he goes.

end of round 1 in the first fight what does Fury say to Wlad? "Let's go champ! let's go champ!" :scaredas:

    Very mysterious.

"A massive fight" makes it sound like this is about a previously unknown fight. It would be weird to refer to the Wlad rematch this way (but then Twitter doesn't exactly promote clarity of wording).

How could he have another fight? He has to fight Wlad. Sure, Wlad could retire instead, but wouldn't we be hearing about that long before negotiations for his real next fight started? Plus, I would think we would have heard Fury ranting about Wlad retiring long before this if there were any chance of that actually happening.

This could have been about Hughie, but he just tweeted saying "My massive news." I think this is pretty definitive that this is not about Hughie.

Maybe he's just being sarcastic then and this is just about the totally expected fight? Seems kind of reasonable, although I would think Fury might not want to get everyone so excited about something so expected.

Another option would be this is something totally stupid and he's just messing with all of us. Like he's doing some joke/charity match against a celebrity or something. But why would he need to go to London for that?

    Very confusing.

I think I would have to bet on Wlad retiring right now.

Maybe his next opponent will be against male pattern baldness? Maybe he's the new spokesman for Rogaine?

Maybe his next opponent will be against the rest of the contestants on Britain's Got Talent? Maybe he'll be singing another Aerosmith song?

Because I think Wlad is definitely his next fight in the ring.

He is taking a "sleeper" match before the big Wlad rematch. The "big announcement" or whatever is just a hype up...I heard it's The Rock Man, yes 43 yr old 2 time champ who shoulda retired in 2007.

Vitali wants to return so Fury can put that work on him like he already did to his brother?

A low ranked Cruiser weight beat Charr more easily and impressively than Vitali did.

Vitali would get beaten by Hughie Fury if he came back.

Whereas I agree that Vitali should not come back, Briedis is a tremendous talent who just does not have the hype/promotion to hit it big.

I think I've figured it out.

Fury will announce his new match-up will be between him and the Undertaker in WrestleMania 2016.
