Bigger Fight: Mayweather v Pacquiao OR Ali v Frazier I'm curious to see which fight people think was bigger for boxing in their respective eras. On one hand we have the two best Pound for Pound fighters in the planet in their primes and in the same weight class, very rare. Two extremely different personalities and styles which will clash greatly. And on the other hand you have the two best heavy weights in the world, the former undisputed champion returning from exile, and the new warrior who took his place. Both undefeated, speed v power. Both fights are similar in a way, which one was bigger?
hmm says . . . didn't live in the former era so I can't fully comprehend the retrospect... I like Ali Frazier, but I voted Pac PBF on pretense of P4Pness (rare indeed) and the revival of boxing etc etc... both fights are indeed similar but feel Pac PBF has more uniqueness. It'll be awesome if there was a trilogy hehe
Not even close... considering the social times/movement in the late 60's early 70's. And the setting surrounding it. Only the ignorant would say Pac vs Mayweather. Ali vs Frazier - For many reasons. Including the fact that it actually happened.

Ali V Frazier By Alot. Everyone Stopped what they were doing to watch that fight. Only two events Did That 1)Landing On The Moon 2)Ali Vs Frazier. The Pac Fight so far is a soup opera and tbh im bored of hearing about it already
