Come on! Oscar of course. Look at it this way. If Oscar was in his prime right now, theres is no doubt he would have fought Cotto, Margarito, Paul Williams, Clottey, Mosely no problem. Now, if Mayweather is listed as a welter and claims to be the best, why hasn't he fought the best welters?

I see Mayweather involved in politics after boxing, cause he sure knows how to fool people and get rich while doing it.

 

I don't know why people accuse Floyd of funning. He's been in some exciting fights where he hit guys with a lot of punches (N'Dou, Corley, Chavez, Hernandez, Gatti, Judah, Hatton.) The only fight where he really wasn't that aggressive was Baldomir in which he injured his hand. And against DLH, though he showed great defense and may have been dealing with his hands as well.

PBF has yet to be pushed to the limit and show his true "A" game ... With that being said Mayweather has more heart because it takes alot of heart to enter the ring undefeated time after time.
