Oscar. Naturally bigger. Also Cotto hits hard but its more because of how clean and flush his shots can be..

Oscar. Cotto would not have been able to keep Tito off of him, could not have KO'd Vargas, and even thought the fight was at 154, Cotto would never KO Mayorga.

Cotto is superior in the body punching department but overall you guys are probably right...Oscar takes it

Oscar hits harder with one shot, no doubt about it.

Oscar can't pull the trigger for ****, so it hardly matters.

I''d much rather be fighting him right now if I was a world class welter.

Hard to tell. Oscar got more clean crisp punches but Cotto got that crushing punch that just kills the body. Oscar has more knock downs with one hit.
So ill go with Delahoya's left hook.

Oscar. It's not even close IMO. Cotto is an accumulation finisher. Oscar had a great punch at 147.

Oscar without a doubt is the harder puncher

But Cotto would put up a good fight against him, but ultimately probably taking an L to a "prime" Oscar

    Clearly Oscar.

    It's not really debatable.
