Maybe.. it would be interesting to see how Naz's power would have carried up if he didn't retire so early. His overall power was a combination of big surprise + great natural power + great leverage (but also great risk when throwing huge shots).. really special power, probably the biggest ever in the lower weight classes. Naz was obviously an elite, but hyping him up like that was silly. He showed flaws from the beginning and never looked like anything close to an "unbeatable" type of fighter, the way H2H ATG's like Jones, Lopez, Hearns, Tyson, etc. did when they reached the top.
Think it was just his style, he is one of those "once in a lifetime" fighters that you will probably never see again with his awful style that was so effective and his amazing ego and mad 10 minute long entrances.
Naz and that's coming from a TIto fan. Naz would knock guys out for several minutes at a time with just one shot
