I am going to say Sanders, only because Bowe made it to the upper tier and retired with a satisfactory resume.. Sanders, only got one big win at the end of his career, and lost to lesser fighters both early and late in his career.... Bowe was the better fighter with possibly more potential, but at least he did something with what he had... Sanders' career was basically a bust.

Riddy Bowe by miles, way more skilled. That guy had insane skills.

His infighting ability was ****ing amazing & so was his ramrod jab/killer overhand right when he used it.

what he did to vladimir was unforgettable and how he stood up to vladimir in the early rounds was admirable. and he wasnt in the best shape in those 2 fights, imagine the possibilites. SANDERS for me.....

Its Hard to judge who is the biggest failure/talented guy

But i go with Saunders, like someone said Bowe actually achieved something,

Wonder what Sanders would be like under the tutilage(spelling) of Manny S?

Sanders had a 2nd rate promoter and a 3rd rate trainer.

Give Sanders Eddie Futch, and connections...and he could have been
something. As such, I would say Sanders was a bigger waste of talent.

Bowe hit his ceiling as champion, but could not stay there long for mental reasons.

Sanders by far...............How can we even debate this.

Bowe went to the Olympics and had a fine amatuer background, turned pro and fulfilled every expectation of him and fought and trained tooth an nail until he lost his edge.

Sanders, never took boxing seriously until he KOd(Bert Cooper) a top 50 HW, then took it for real, trained hard and made a run around 30 yrs old and nearly decapitated Rahman, only to fade later in the fight and be Kod himself. After that, he trained intermittently at best, never taking boxing serious, but found himself as a stay busy fight for Wlad.

Came in out of shape, but KOd Wlad like a wet paper bag, then came in expecting to do the same against Vitali, failed and faded into obscurity.

Sanders never considered himself a boxer, but rather a farmer first, a golfer second, and a fighter third. Bowe has never been been anything but a fighter........Oh yeah, I think he was a Marine for a few minutes as well.
