Perkovic is creeping along, ducking under the long 1-2 of Bartek (more of a loose flowing jab and overhand right thrown while backpedaling and leaning away) and scoring with hooks on the chest and throat and behind the ear. Bartek is running and turning his head as Perkovic keeps advancing with his left jab probing out to set up big hooks and surprisingly fast looping rights whipped up full extension at Bartek's head.

Round 3

Perkovic is getting into a quarter-squat, making rocking-chair motions to slowly creep forward behind his jab in straight lines, cutting off the ring as Bartek flits long the ropes, crossing his feet over and pawing a jab into the space between them cautiously. Perkovic walks him down nearly into the ropes and then pulls back with his gloves floating in front as Bartek feigns a 1-2. Overhand right by Bartek trying to circle by Perkovic, missing as Perkovic jerks his upper body away to load up his own big long overhand, clipping Bartek as he scrambles out of the way. Lead right by Perkovic, blocked but knocking Bartek back. Left jab, big slamming overhand right by Perkovic. He keeps threading those same punches together, keeping Bartek in retreat. Perkovic whips in a hard right hand downstairs to change it up a bit and Bartek holds. Double jab and right cross by Bartek sliding away from the ropes, the jabs landing and cross falling short. Perkovic jogs in and stops up short a couple of feet away, making Bartek miss a jab. Body jab by Bartek, not reaching, not getting close enough to take any risks.

Kracik has fought a similar caliber opponent and similar quantity of that caliber, but while both have typically lost in those encounters Perk has generally fared better and dealt out more headaches.

Bot, aside from Airich in Prizefighter, has fought absolutely nobody.

 

They're both from the same discipline, so there's no #TeamBoxing rooting interest here.
