In terms of attendance/money made Joshua/Klitschko. In terms of exposure Bruno/Witherspoon as it was on ITV with a BBC lead in. Unheard of at the time.

Groves v Froch was a big thing but this was way bigger.

    Joshua v Wlad.

Passing of the torch (unless the furious one comes back).

Saturday was not just a big night for boxing but for the stadium. 10 years old so doesn't have the 'magic' the old one had but events like that really do start to make the venue something special.

'Biggest' is a broad term and it really depends on the intended meaning here.

Ali vs 'Enry was certainly big. But it played out in front of 35,000 not 90,000.
