    Oh yeah, he had some buzz before Boswell exposed him.. Hasn't fought since I think.

    Just look at how padded his record is.. It was bound to happen at some point, and it probably wouldn't have taken someone of Boswells level to get it done.

    Good shout on Greenburg.

    Not so much a BUST, as he wasnt highly touted, but the kid could fight, racking up some big wins over the who's who of 2000's gatekeepers.

    His sole loss was to Boz, and it was a fight that was fairly even until Greenburg let his guard down.

    Can't believe Greenburg didnt fight on after that loss. Boz was a top 10 HW ATT, and there's no shame in losing a fight where you weren't outboxed, overpowered, or schooled, but rather made fundamental mistakes.

    I know that Greenburg had business ventures in which he was pursuing, and he wasn't exactly cashing in on big fights, but he had the talent, the skills, chin, and size, 6'3(ish) 235 to continue on.

    A fight with 46 yo Holyfield was supposed to be next for him after the Boz fight.

    IDK if it was derailed b/c of the loss, but even in 08, a win over Holyfield woulda been considered a solid top 30 win, and woulda propelled him into a shot vs Klitschko where he would have made 500K.

    Waste of talent really.:think

    Did you see what Boswell did to him??? His chin was far from solid, not really a waste of talent from the look of things... Just another in a long line of manufactured frauds who were exposed as soon as they stepped up in class.

    Correct, Adrian Patrick promoter in Georgia (KO KINGS) had signed a bi-working contract with Greenberg and Greenberg's management/promoters.. Greenberg was slated to go on a 4 fight contract against Georgia boxers; Holyfield, then Josue Blocus, then Travis Walker, then Kevin Johnson.

    I saw the Southern Disaster at Twin Peaks here in Houston about 2 months ago. He actually looks to be in pretty decent shape. Looked like he atleast took care of his money because he drove off in an a new white Audi S7.

    Good one! Forgot him him as well, very padded recorded but definitely fits the bill. His loss to Ochieng afterwards was even more embarrassing.
