    Not just accused, he admitted it in an interview while he was incarcerated for an unrelated charge(at least I think it was unrelated).

    I think Luis Resto is the ultimate cheat. Wat a ****

    As for active boxers it must be Ruiz. All the other cheats at least have some talent, he's a club fighter that made it to the top of his division - WTF ?

    oh and Margarito almost cheated his way to the top too.
