I'm not a fan of Haye anymore after the Fury antics but hes been a good fighter. When at cruiser he was a likeable guy didn't talk crap and just got on with.
You cant argue with fighting someone like Thompson after 11 fights, going to a champions (even if faded) back yard surviving a KD and sparking him out. Or smashing your domestic rival and fellow belt holder in 2 rounds. OR going away to fight Wlad (however negatively he fought) and Valuev. Haye was a good cruiserweight who talked himself up to get a shot at the lineal Heavyweight Champion

Harrison was a fighter who peaked as an am and never really delivered as a pro. His best win was over danny Williams.I hate the term con artist though. Harrison had the self belief but couldn't match it to his skills

Haye at least Harrison doesnt pull out of fights and muck young fighters around. In terms of talent Haye is much better but him and Booth are very conniving people

    Haye, and by far.

At least Audley has shown some serious bottle after boxing with one arm, and scoring a seriously sick KO in the same fight as well.

Haye changes his tune like the weather. 'Oh I'm retiring' and not even a month later and he's back in training because Vitali retired. OK, Audley will spout a ton of Bollo*ks, but at least he turns up. Haye is nothing but a diva. I used to like the guy a lot, but f*ck him.

Haye because he thinks he can take everybody for a ride and do whatever the fcuk he likes. He believes the fans are so stupid they will put up with any amount of his **** and will still keep paying.

How can Harrison be a con artist? We all know he 's ****.
Haye has been very cleverly handled.
As a heavy Klitschko apart he's never beat anyone of note, and don't tell me the giant.
That wouldn't be so bad if when he landed he big one he gave it a go and performed.
Instead he refused to engage and stank the place out.

the difference between the two is one cons himself, the other cons others, internal vs external, summarised neatly in the Shakespearean quotes 'Know Thineself' and 'To Thine Ownself Be True' - Haye knows himself and lives within those limitations but cons us into thinking he has more, Audley doesn't know his limitations, but they are very obvious to anyone but him.

Also exemplified in their success with their target audiences. Haye increasingly struggles to con fringe boxing non-fans using external media hype. Whereas Harrison consistently has no trouble internally conning himself, his only remaining target audience, and probably never will.

Haye looks after number one in business dealings, but he doesn't con himself and the public into thinking he's a legit contender when he really isn't, like Audley does. Haye's a proper boxer whereas Harrison's a pretender and a big pu$$ycat who my old gran could KO with her handbag.

I suppose you could say that Haye and Harrison are con artists but in different ways. I find both endearing, but wouldn't trust either as far as I could throw 'em.

Pretty sure there is a difference between liking and being scared of......

Harrison almost used to turn his back on shots and look sh*t scared of the punches. Surely that ain't good for a boxer to be like that
