Biggest dream boxing mismatches?

    Thomas Hearns vs. Arturo Gatti

    This is especially bad when you consider how vulnerable Arturo was to the straight right hand.

    I think JC Chavez at 140 might be the worst. Not in terms of competitiveness, but in terms of the worst prolonged beating.

    JCC had heavy hands but wasn’t likely to be like Hearns or SRR and take Khan out quick. For all his flaws, Khan had heart and would give his best. JCC would constantly cut off the ring and just brutalize Khan until he looked like Camacho or Fuentes when they faced JCC.

    Agreed Fergy, and on top of the poor chin, a lousy all round defence. However on the plus side he was quick with reasonable power so I could see him being pretty entertaining for a while, even matching one or two of these guys for a few rounds…until inevitably he gets brutally stopped.
