Floyd won the fight and did a great job with a lot of the things you have just mentioned. Still wasn’t a schooling was a boring chess match. Also Floyd would probably say Pac was his hardest fight he had to be on it all fight Maidana did give him a tough time first 4 rounds but in my opinion when he adjusted he was comfortable. With Pac as much as you like to think he was he was never comfortable he boxed great and he was fully switched on when he is comfortable he throws that straight right and lands at will that didn’t happen with Pac. I like both fighters so am not as biased as you are.
Eubank jnr bottling the GGG fight,then Brook a welterweight stepped up and took the fight. Too make it worse Eubank jnr is now calling out Brook,as if a victory for Eubank over Brook would ever take away the fact that Eubank jnr bottled it !

Pac didn't do enough in that 08/09/10 period to push the fight. He should have been making public pronouncements, making noise in the media, pressuring Floyd, but he didn't. Not a duck IMO, I think that situation was 2 way
Jnr didn’t bottle it. Snr got carried away and his ego scuppered the fight for his son. He wanted all kinds of things put into a bizarre contract.
Ricky Hatton didn't want to know about Junior Witter even though they were from the same city. All the top British Middles, ( Sibson, Kaylor, Christie) avoided Herol Graham. Tommy Hearns was never going to fight John Mugabi. The Beast ended up giving Marvin Hagler half a stone and a terrific fight. Marciano would have probably have fought Godzilla but Al Weill was not going to let Nino Valdes near him. There are dozens.
