    The guy does nothing but fight top competition and win (or at least keep it close...regardless of how you feel about the Hopkins or Wright fights)....and he is a hype job?

    The guy is an unquestionable top 5-12 p4p fighter in the world.

    Maybe the original poster ought to ask himself why it has taken over 40 fights for Calslappy to finally step up.

    Kessler isnt over hyped at all, hes a top quality fighter.

    he has been fighting his mandatorys ever since he became a champ and they have all been top 10 ringmag fighters(maybe eric lucas were top 15,i dont remember)(2 or 3 even top 5) but u go ahead and tell us what he could or should have done instead ?

    I thought this was gonna be a serious poll, I was ready to vote for Mesi, Litzau or somebody else who was an obvious choice. This is b.s. I have only seen kessler fight two or 3 times, but he has some serious skills he beat a very game challenger in Andrande earlier in the year. Though he complelyt shut down Andrande, Andrande was a very serious challenger who would have give a lot of other 168lbers alot of problems.
