    Pavlik.

I don't dislike him, nor am I calling him a hype job - obviously a hype job isn't "the man" at their weight.

However, he did have the biggest "hype train" going IMO .. people had him KOing everyone from 160lbs to 175lbs. Calzaghe is ducking Pavlik, he knows he'll get KO'd. Pavlik will be the first man to KO Hopkins etc etc. When Hopkins beat Pavlik this widespread notion of Pavlik being unstoppable became a little more reserved, hence my vote.

Eze, Tuffnutz and El-Matador have it right. Pavlik and Cotto are not fookin hype trains.

Pavlik lost at a weight he wasn't comfortable at and vs a LEGEND. Cotto lost to a good, tough as nails fighter in Margarito, who stylistically was a nightmare for him (plus Cotto's strategy was bad).

Since I am not a Brit and I didn't know what was coming, I have to go with Khan on this one.

has to be pavlik because margarito has already been exposed as a beatable guy. cotto was hyped but he's a proven guy. khan and mijares really too early to tell and they didn't have much hype to begin with.

pavlik on the other hand is a good fighter but too many jumped on his nads after the taylor KO. he'll be around for a while but a good slick boxer beats pavlik everytime. my vote goes to the ghost.

I remember Pavlik saying that he was happy to be fighting at the higher weight because he could eat and didn't have to cut weight to get there. Hopkins has no natural size advantage over Pavlik, so size is no excuse. He ran into a guy with far superior skill. End of story.

Eze is making excuses, and I just debunked that ****. Pavlik isn't any less a natural 175 than Hopkins is.

So Taylor is not a good, slick boxer in your opinion? He surely has to be, since he gave many problems to a great fighter like Hopkins, twice. How come he was beaten twice by Pavlik then? And note that I am a Taylor fan. And the facts that he fought at a weight he wasn't familiar with and he faced a great fighter in Hopkins don't play any role for you?

Btw, aren't you the one that claimed that Cotto hurt Margarito more than Mosley did? :verysad

You "debunked that ****"? How did you do that? Pavlik is a natural 175? Surely he must be, after all he's fought many times at that weight and he's proven that he can beat guys left and right at that weight. Cmon man, Hopkins was surely a fighter with far superior skill, that's why Pavlik lost that fight, but what does that have to do with your claim about "Pavlik being a natural 175"? Hopkins has proven himself at that weight repeatedly, Pavlik has not. So basically I would have to take your word for it, but I'll pass.

to your last question: no you ignorant cretin anal bead. I posed a question asking who put more of a permanent hurting on margo.

No Taylor is not a slick boxer in my opinion. He was an HBO hype job. Taylor didn't really beat hopkins convincingly...show me some clean punches that taylor landed. And second, it wasn't taylors slickness that won rounds against hopkins, it was his attentiveness and willingness to move his hands a bit more than hop.

Taylor isn't **** dude winky beat him and spinks beat him LOL. Taylor doesn't fight well on the defense hence pavliks victory and the fact that hopkins did the best when he was active. Taylor can't fight instinctively that well.

[off-topic intro after your testosterone explosion]

The f*ck is it with the insults? You sensitive or is it that time of the month? If it's the latter, sry, didn't know. If it's the former, too f*cking bad.

[/off-topic intro after your testosterone explosion]

Who said Taylor beat Hopkins convincingly? He didn't. But he has to be a good fighter in order to be able to give a great fighter like Hopkins problems for two consecutive fights. You make it sound like if a fighter "moves his hands and is not lazy", he should be able to beat Hopkins. That's bollocks.

PS: Don't make me go find that thread and quote you trying to "prove" Cotto hurt Margo more than Mosley. Don't lie.
