Linares, easily. This guy was getting compared to SRR. Now he struggles to beat C level fighters.

Amir Kahn is probably the most Hype Job in the last 5 years since I was hearing about this guy when he turn pro and supposedly he was next best thing in boxing especially in the U.K. I use to come to this quite often and Keep hearing about this Amir Khan and there was tons on articles about he was going to take boxing by storm. I think that all came to end when Prescott laid him out in the first round and people started to wonder about him. After he regroup himself he rack up a lot of wins against notable opponents like Barrera, Kotelnik, Judah, Paulie M, Marcos Maidana, and Salita and won a couple of belts in process and all of sudden there mentioning even from promoters that Amir Khan was going to face Mayweather soon. All of sudden Lamont Peterson and Danny Garcia humble Amir Khan and Amir Khan was back at the drawing board once again. Now he once at back on the scene but to be honest he hasn't been looking good and people are wondering now is this Amir Khan Last chance to glory?

    Ah, no.

Not close. I don't care much for the little ****er, but he has some serious accomplishments under his belt already.

Same goes for Khan, Berto, Bute and Abraham.

He may (and probably will) come up a fair bit short of his hype, but he can't compare in failed expectations to Audley Harrison or David Price.

Clearly one or both of these HWs deserve the OP's proposed title.

Bute. This guy was his own Super 6, what a joke.

Margarito next. He didn't beat anyone notable after plaster gate. Insta bum.
