i will start with amir kahn he is a KO waiting to happen, just like two of last night's fighters in KIrland and Angulo i dont see any of those 2 going to far.. then there is andre berto he is also going to be exposed very soon and probably KO he has fought enough gatekeepers already and is time to see what he is really made of, his team is looking for a title shot at the endd of the year, i predict him getting KTFO if he challenges any of the champs right now.......

i just see Gamboa as the only prospect witha bright future ahead of him, i know that Golden boy has a few prospects in garcia, jacobs, and one of the velazquez brother from PR a 2004 olympian who got a win over gamboa in the amateurs so i will have to see more of those guys to rate them better....

Hopefully the 2008 olympic class will bring us better prospects with real potential to be considered elite

Gamboa. Something is telling me he is going to get exposed within four to five fights. A top ten guy will do it. I feel that he is to acclamated to his style with his hands down. Yes, he will have a spongleless trainer to teach him to keep his hands up, but he will get cute and dropped them. This will be his downfall. I hope I am wrong due to SweetPea really believing in Gamboa. We will see. By the way, Gamboa started in the pro's at 126? I ask due to seeing him ranked at 126 and 130. He is ranked way to high at 130 at this point in time. Again, we will see.

I cant agree with Judah being a hype job.
i mean if he was fighting 140 he would own that division.
Judah has fought some of the best and fought well against them aswell. well except ZOO.
But i mean he pushed PBF and rocked Cotto twice.

I think Judah is more a case of missmanagement.
I mean if i was Judah's manager i would be saying right now. fight Bradley at 140 for the title and then chase Hatton.

And own 140. How old is JUdah by this i mean he could probably be on top at 140 for another 3 years if he went there now.

Khan and Berto come to mind for me as well. You just can't make it to the big leagues with glass jaws like that, no matter how talented or quick you are.

gamboa has mad potential to be an elite of this sport. but if he continues to be a head case and not be willing to listen and be disciplined, he will not live up to that potential.

I think it is a sad commentary that a thread like this is being made at the expense of fighters who give it thier all in achieving thier dreams and aspirations. This is why fighters today are managed the way they are, why contract negotiations are as bureaucratic as they are now. 1 loss- all of a sudden "he's a bum" "he was exposed" some sophmoric nickname made up to undermine the fighter in question.
