Provodnikov-Castillo. It was worse than Garcia-Salka because Castillo stood to sustain far greater long term damage given how shot he was and his problems making weight.

Huge mismatches happen, but the Salka case was a deliberate one that they actually tried to clear as a WBA/WBC world title defence and it was the fans and press outrage that finally prohibited that.
It's like Kovalev fighting a SMW like Bejaran.

Caparello is not so bad he knocked Dirrell down and went the distance with him. Nadjib Mohammedi is much worse.

Biggest mismatch is your big mouth and your fellas tiny little button mushroom.....! How can you have fights that have not been fought and call them a mismatch nob.

I voted Pac vs Algie because it didn't even look like Algie was a pro boxer that night. I didn't see it on the list but I though the Kovalev vs Nadjib Mohammedi was a huge, borderline unwatchable, mismatch as well. Oh, and why aren't any of Briggs' last fights on that list?

True, but that was nowhere near to a proposed or actual titledefence. Just a big name cherrypicking a guy with a riduculously padded record to trash upon his return to the ring.

    Garcia Salka.

Can't even come close to justifying that fight.
