Biggest mismatches you can make between ATGs

I dont consider Floyd Patterson an all time great but obvously he has no shot at Prime Mike Tyson

As far as 2 ATG that we saw Foreman and Frazier

Non Heavyweights are more difficult because the size difference isnt so glaring. As far as 2 that were within 40 years of eachother

Hearns against Floyd isn’t a mismatch. There’s little reason to expect him to not at least match Benitez. Pacquiao would pretty obviously do worse.

 

Conn is undoubtedly great that light heavy if that counts.

 

I disagree. Benitez was better at taking the jab away than Mayweather and Mayweather is better at taking away the right hand.

I don't see how Mayweather would be competitive vs Hearns

 

Nobody ever controlled Mayweather with a jab. Mayweather’s counter punching was also way sharper than Benitez’s.

Got it, Canelo belongs at LHW and Ezzard Charles would win every second of their fight. I don’t think it’s even unreasonable to say Charles will lose about 6 minutes of the entire fight spread out over 15. I’d favour Charles if you gave Canelo brass knuckles.

 

Yeah I agree, but it would almost certainly not be a 1 round blow out ala Liston-Patterson. I see nothing to suggest it would a be a mismatch, let alone one of the biggest mismatches you can make.

I don't feel Beterbiev is an ATG yet is he?

I also see many ATGs at LHW being able to overpower Hearns at this weight like Spinks, Qwai, Galindez or Saad Muhammad.

But I think the only one which could be a possible mismatch would be Bob Foster vs Hearns you think?

Hearns would get smoked by a lot of 175s. I think Beterbiev would be the most comical due to the difference in strength.
