Britton-Lewis and its not even close imo. These guys fought over 20 times, and most of the time a title was on the line. By the 1900's these 2 were swapping the championship back and forth. Ali and Fraizer has nothing on this.
there are plenty that would qualify... I loved the Eubank/Watson/ Benn rivalry, and the clash in personalities and genuine animosity that existed between all of them.
That is a solid answer and it exists in the past, present and most likely the future as well. But it should read Puerto Rico vs Mexico, LOL!
Not much of a rivalry considering SRR won all but one. Still, fighting each other 6 times will never be duplicated by any fighters, IMO.
Most fun had to be Zale/Graziano And if length is the measure then Jeanette/McVey/Langford and Wills could be an answer.
Murderers' Row (Charles, Moore, Bivens, Marshall, Burley and a whole bunch of other quality LH's in the 40's)
Didn`t realise this was an old thread until I read down the posts & seen this... turns out my opinion hasn`t changed in 2 years
Holyfield-Tyson took a turn for the worst. 'Wouldn't be surprised if Holyfield would gladly fight him today.. not so sure about Tyson.
