This could have been a draw. GGG won 3,7,8,10,11, and 12. That's 6 rounds. 5 was a round that could have gone either way. Canelo's work rate dropped past round 8 too. GGG should have found the uppercut sooner.

GGG has to be a little more aggressive against Canelo.. He should have known that but give Canelo credit for making GGG not fight as aggressively until Canelo got tired. That just was not enough.

Yes, because the first one was so bad, I thought the judges would be pressured to be fair this time. Color me a sucker, boxing is not a sport, its an event night where if it goes to the cards the fighter who they are going to make more $$$$ on in the future will win.

Lots of people say I'm done after this, I'm not done with boxing, but I am done buying PPV in Las Vegas.

 

I agree, I think the reaction immediately after fights on here is very different to what you will find eventually. The truth sort of comes through a few days later, and that's that this is a real real bad robbery. Anyone saying you're overstating that is simply wrong I'm afraid

 

Can you imagine if a computer simulation was able to swap the fighters' images. Canelo would have won it the way Adelaide Byrd gave it to him last time.
