For the purpose of this question, let's define 'prominent' as someone who:

Has fought for a world title, recognized by BoxRec, or...
is a member of the IBHOF.

So, who can come up with the biggest 'all-fight-all" group of such boxers?

    Groups of 7:
Tin_Ribs: Leonard, Kansas, Welsh, Dundee, White, Mitchell, Kilbane
(and if we replace Mitchell with Mandot, we have another 7)

    Groups of 6:
Boilermaker: Jeannette, Langford, McVea, Norfolk, Wills, Jim Johnson

    Groups of 5:
scartissue: Ali, Frazier, Ellis, Quarry, Chuvalo
frankenfrank: Ali, frazier, Ellis, Bonavena, Chuvalo
scartissue: Napoles, Muniz, Lewis, Lopez, Pruitt
scartissue: Charles, Moore, Maxim, Bivins, Marshall
Tin_Ribs: Ross, Canzoneri, McLarnin, Petrolle, Fuller

I think I see where you're going as far as a group who has fought one another. Without trying too hard I will start with a group of 5 (I'm sure we can expand on this easily but to get the ball rolling we'll say start at 5).

    Ali
    Frazier
    Ellis
    Quarry
    Chuvalo

You could replace Quarry with Bonavena and remain with the same number ,
but with a looser definition of a round-robin I can give bigger sizes

    Hagler
    Leonard
    Sims
    Barkley
    DeWitt
    Hearns
    Duran
    Benitez
and you can even add Benn and Kalambay to it (fought Sims , Barkley and DeWitt)

I can give some more , gotta love round-robins

I can see what you mean, as many of these men fought each other...
but we're of course looking for groups of fighters were they ALL met each other.

Not a bad effort - but I don't think Cream and Wright ever met!

Bukkake, this is not easy. Those first 5 came off the top of my head, but once I started looking into it it became difficult with those parameters. I've only able to do it once more, but I'm sure they're out there. Anyways, here are 5 more:

    Napoles
    Muniz
    Lewis
    Lopez
    Pruitt

No, scartissue... it certainly isn't! Much more difficult, than one might think.

But you have now taken the lead with 2 x '5'

without doing research....maybe 5 from the murderers row

edit : scrub that....the 'fought for world title' bit cancels that.

    OK, one more:

    Charles
    Moore
    Maxim
    Bivins
    Marshall

That's it, I can't go beyond 5. My mind is numb.
