    Relative to division.

I know Gatti used to fight junior welter at like 160. Anyone further from their natural weight class?

Pacquiao weighed 143 fighting at FW I believe.

I'm not sure what the very biggest is though

Pavlik was like 178 against Martinez. Pavlik always seemed to be a very big middleweight. I think the Taylor rematch was set at 164 as well.

Terrence Crawford looked like he was 150+ when fighting at lightweight. I would be interested to know how much Chad Dawson weighed on fight night against Stevenson, he looked huge compared to the weedy guy that gt pummeled by Ward at 168.

I think 25lb's is the very limit.

    The norm is around 10lb's.

Rios is a world class dehydrator. I remember Diego Chaves was fined for not making weight and then Rios was clearly the bigger man in the fight :thumbsup

 Nice examples, although Geale didn't look that big.

In terms of differential Calderon vs Segura might take some beating.

Calderon was apparently at 108 three weeks before the fight. Segura unofficially weighed 130. A mere 20% body weight difference.

On a relative to their body weight scale Jorge Arce has done some draining that easily eclipses more recent drainers like Rios.

For me, lower weight class Asian fighters always seemed to have the market cornered on insane weight cutting. Muangchai Kittikasem was notorious for it.
