it should be one of the BETTER welterweight title fights in recent memory, but i haven't heard of bunch of people talking about ordering the fight like i did for fights like DLH-chavez, chavez-Whitaker, DLH-trinidad, DLH-mosley, ect.

Nope. My point was it burns your asses that this fight made front page on ESPN, and that the tickets are selling better than originally anticipated. You GBP/Mayweather sacklickers were all waiting for this fight to fail and it won't. Now go crawl back under your rock. :hi:

Way bigger names and all ATG`s. This bout is nice but not as nice as Chavez vs Whitaker or Mosley vs DLH. All the aforementioned are ATG`s. Cotto and Margo are not.

Those fights were bigger but they werent boxing gems like Barrera/Morales, Corrales/Castillo, Vasquez/Marquez. Cotto/Margarito is in that company. Not with the high profile, boring as **** crowd.

Yes I have, Im saying it's not bigger than PBF-Hatton so it doesn't come close to those two fights. Sorry, should have worded it different.

Never said it was better or the right fight. I believe the word is "big." I interpret that as PPV sells and hype, stuff like that. Wanna make a bet this fight doesn't exceed PPV buys? Didn't think so, KID!

Oh and by the way, plenty of people on the site thought Hatton had a legit shot.

sorry, but hatton is a bigger draw than either margo or cotto. we're not talking about who the BETTER welterweights are, we're talking about the BIGGEST welterweight fights since SRL-hearns, and mayweather-hatton was a much bigger fight than this one.

Click the link below and you will see clearly from my first post that I not only respect but enjoy watching Margarito....and making an ass out of you actually as well :rofl :rofl :rofl And I'm a huge fan of Cotto, so why would I not want this fight to do good??? you idiots go too far with all this "biggest wW fight of the past 25 years" and force me to speak in a negative tone in regards to it. Why can't you idiots just sit back and take it for what it is???

Also the responses to this thread will remind everyone what Margo looked like last time he fought an elite fighter.
