I sure don't. I'm just wondering who can be the third potential opponent for Bute. Green is used to **** negociations, Bika is the same.
Wow, so Allan wasn't just being vague for the sake of being vague when he said the Bika deal wasn't done on OTR. :think Is there a good legitimate reason for this not to be finalized? The risk/reward for both camps would seem to be ample. It's a TV shot at the very least...what's the problem? Also, does anybody know if there was any idea on Showtime's part to treat this as an off-the-grid "Group Stage 1" fight, awarding the winner points for the victory heading into Group Stage 2, or will they be inheriting Jermain's zero?
That's a very interesting question and one that I think we need an answer for. As per Bika/Green, I seem to remember reading a lot about Bika wanting only "big" fights these days so it's entirely possible that Bika was a ***** to negotiate with.
There are few bigger Green skeptics than me, but he's certainly bigger (bigger name, bigger threat) than anybody Bika's rumbled with since 2007. That would be a very silly mistake on Bika's part, thinking he has anything bigger options than Green lined up...coming off one Nestor Fabian Casanova in fifteen months... Is he still promoted by those shitbags at Tournament of Contenders? That would explain why he's not in the position he'd like to be to dream "big". He and Troy Ross should form a support group.
Please don`t insult Farmboxer ! This prove arrogance of being objectiv fan. Bute is No. 1 according to The Board of The Ring, with a 5-1 vote to pass Ward after the last fight. According to Box Rec he is No. 2 after Abraham but to a very slight difference and ahead to a consistent difference of Froch and Ward. (it`s well known that Box Rec have complicated but objective exhaustive formula to inter-rank boxing). By the way, this he beat that but not that is still amateurism comparing to this Besides, other american boxing fans share this opinion about him. What do you prefer? Haters? Let the man to be enthousiastic !
