    seems even Bika cannot decide...

Contender star Sakio Bika is in the box seat to pick the winner of this weekend’s Joe Calzaghe-Mikkel Kessler super-middleweight showdown – but he can’t.
Bika, who lost a world title decision to Calzaghe and spent a month sparring Kessler in Denmark, says the fight is a 50/50 proposition.
``Kessler has the power to knock Calzaghe out,’’ said Bika (23-3-2, 14 KOs), favourite to win The Contender series on ESPN.
``He is a great puncher, very big and strong.
``If the fight ends early Kessler will be the winner.
``But Calzaghe is the better boxer and much busier. He has an incredible work-rate and fast hands.
``He throws fast, accurate punches non-stop and being a left-hander makes him even harder to fight.
``If the fight goes the distance I think Calzaghe will win on points.’’
``It’s a 50/50 fight. Whoever is 100 per cent on the night will win the fight.’’

When Bika was on Kesslers payroll he said that Kessler would win. I don´t think you can trust these former sparring partners.

I agree with everyone who has been quoted in or has replied to this thread...but I also agree with those who say there is no point in listening to these pros...take Bute...first he says Kessler, then, he changes his mind and says Joe...:huh (a bit like me...I guess!:rofl )

It's not 50/50. It's probably more like 60/40 with Kessler having the edge. The reason is simple: in no sport can someone who weighs 168 pounds be the best in the world at 35 years of age.

I will do my best...:good but I hope he believes in himself 100%...Mikkel will need to be primed and ready emotionally and mentally to cause an upset.

He does! Trust me. First he's gonna kick JC's ass...then he's gonna drag he's ass around the ring.

It will be plain to see from the way he reacts in the ring to Joe whether Mikkel really thinks he can win, and more importantly, whether he is mentally primed to do so.

Kessler is very strong mentaly, he'll need that in Cardiff.
I think the facth he is fighting in a hostile inviroment, will keep him focused and even stronger, the same feeling Calzaghe had before Lacy.
All 50.000 ( apart from 1000 danes ) will expect Joe to win, but Mikkel will show them.
Se you in Cardiff :bbb :yep :thumbsup

    **** off beauty queen.

You are one disrespectfull mother****er with personal issues.

Bika is no reason whatsoever to believe in Kessler. Kessler is.
Wake up and smell the coffee - Kessler is legit. Win or lose. :)
