Oh and on paper the panthers probably shouldnt come last. (Pritchard, jennings,Waterhouse,Lewis and big Petero). But i doubt these blokes will fire all at once and with no genuine matchbreaking Half or Five Eight i wouldnt be surprised if they get the spoon..Though im tipping they finished 10th..
2010 looks set to be a great year for aussie boxers, not too sure about the Mundine camp though. March is the month I will be kicking of with some KMA articles :hey A known writer (soon to become a family member) from the USA will take a look at my work and give me some helpful advice on what direction I should take. www.kmaboxingaustralia.com :deal
Bika isn't quite in the same boat financially as the easy pickings that Mundine chooses to fight, and therefor has legitimate reason to demand a decent pay. If he says he wasn't given anything close to fair, and Khoder says he was, I know who I'm inclined to believe. And the Mundine of today would get bullied to defeat by Bika. If you're wanting to make some coin on betting teke, you should know this stuff. :yep
There is a reason why Bika has fought who he has fought, cause most see him as a decent name with limited skills. Mundine offers him a career high payday yet he wants more :huh hang on why did he accept less for a far bigger name in Calzaghe...strange to me. If he really wanted Mundine then he would have taken the fight, since the fight never eventuated most will blame Mundine go figure. If they ever fought I would gladly make a bet with TAB and any of you on the outcome :yep
I've heard Bika is now being advised by Al Haymon. Wont hurt his career having him in his corner...arguably the most influential manager/adviser in boxing. HBO bow to the guy.
A career high pay day doesn't mean it's a fair deal. A Bika/Mundine fight would have generated some interest and Bika would have been entitled to more than something like 250K. Also, who says it was a career high offer to him? Khoder, Choc? Those are the same guys that said the upcoming fight isn't for the title anymore simply because they didn't want to fight for the title and nothing to do with weight Mundine's past it mate. Has been for a while. I know you have a decent eye for boxing which is why I know that deep down you know this :yep
Where you get your info from?? Sakio told me himself the reasons behind not fighting Mundine and it wasnt just Money...Plus from what he said there was never any serious talk.. Bika aint the likes Medley who without a fight against Mundine have no other chance of getting that shot at the bigtime.. He doesnt need to be Mundines *****...He will be fighting Alan Green and if he wins will most certainly be fighting for one of the MAJOR super middleweight titles very soon.. Not everyone fighting out of Australia actually need a fight with Mundine to make some decent ca$h.. But hey goodluck Mundine have fun fighting a tough but limited coalminer..
Many ppl on here stated it was a career high payday, Im just throwing it out there from what i remember was written on here by many ppl. If he wanted the fight he could have got it made.
