Bika hits hard and he is unpredictable and dangerous. I'm afraid of a couple of things, though: that the ref will take a few points off for use of the head, hitting to the back of the head, etc., and that the judges might rob him too, if he goes to the cards. I think Bika thinks he needs to win by stoppage to get a win.
Weird that Manfredo would take a fight at his hometown where he's likely to lose. Still, I think this will go the distance, with Peter kissing canvas late.
I'll go with Bika. In my opinion the main reason Manfredo is at 168 is because he trains lazy, and lacks discipline. I think bika is just to mouch for him. I also think a Bika win is better for boxing. He might use the IBO title as a stepping stone to get bigger fights. I think Manfredo would just hold it hostage, and fight regional chumps.
