yoga is a dangerous spiritual practice, my advice - just do normal stretching

Yoga is very beneficial for athletes. You will always feel good after a yoga session. Good for rest days. Improves circulation, recovery, flexibility, stability, balance and other benefits if you stick with it. I would definitely recommend it.

    I guess I didn't answer your question.

Yoga is basically intense stretching, strategically breathing and balancing your body weight.

One time i went into a bikram yoga session with a sweat suit on with an outfit that covered the bag. While I did bikram yoga many times before this test, the test did not turn out very well. I did make my weight for the upcoming bout.
