KlitschKOs are running out of opponents. They need 5-6 guys per year who are willing to get KOed.

Povetkin's people have said no, this is true.

    - But Helenius & Boytsov? Do you know this for a fact, or are you just speculating?

I think Helenius would have a puncher's chance, moreso than any other current contender. There's no one else left for him to fight, a K2 fight would be a huge payday, and if he waits he may lose his chance at that payday forever.

Boytsov? It's impossible to find any current info on him at all, other than that he's theoretically fighting on Sept 24th. If he wins that fight convincingly, he'd certainly be an acceptable contender in the eyes of the sanctioning bodies. Do you have some secret inside info that we don't have?

If it's true about Helenius, as several posters seem to agree, then could the sanctioning bodies somehow FORCE him to fight a Klit?

    Rahman/Lewis is always on topic.

Donboxer and me...only real Lennox Lewis fans that matter. Boxingfan#1, some big homo who only likes Lewis because he hates the K-brothers.

Boystov has been coming back from hand surgery for the last year, wont be fighting even a contender for about 6 months.

This is a busy fight I wouldn't read too much into.

Hopefully, Povetkin will step up after the Holyfield payday.

Thompson/Chambers winner vs. Helenius for IBF#1 is also on the horizon. Helenius could be sitting on a mandatory position in 2012, he would be stupid to accept now.

    Indeed.

Mormeck is nice, easy, money fight, that can be fought in some big stadium in Paris.

    Simple.

    Povetkin doesnt want to fight.

    Helenius wants more time.

    Solis is injured.

Adamek may well retire after last nights beating. Def wont be fighting in 3 months against anyone.

Dimitrenko is the same guy who Eddie Chambers handled with EASE in their fight.

Boystov has baten NO-ONE and is actually less credible than Mormeck.

Chambers and Thompson are fighting each other at the end of Nov.

Arreola is probably the only fighter out there more credible than Mormeck, who is willing to fight Wlad, who isnt busy with other fights, and who he hasnt beatn already.

So I dont see this as a big deal. The guys entitled to fight a nice, easy, money fight once in a while.

Although the fact is, rigt now. They're ALL nice easy money fights for the Klitschkos. There are no hard fights available.

The winner of Thompson/Chambers will be fighting Wlad within the year. Both have already fought an eleminator for the IBF prior to this fight, Chambers against Rossy and Tompson against Harris.
