What would this giant of fistic magic have achieved during the 1990's? Champ from Jan 1, 90 till Dec 31, 99? Surely, it's a possibility.

How would he hang against Bowe and Lewis? Holy and Mercer? Morrison? Butler and Botha?

    Thoughts. 87 words or fewer.

He would not do well at all. Maybe he would good enough to get a fight with top ten contender on the way up and lose.

I’d place his celing in Lou Saverese’s level.

He massacres them all in the same night. He would look like a god among mere mortal men.

Butler beat Tubbs, Morrison various versions of Ruddock, Thomas, Foreman...

    Who again did Brennan beat?

He also lost to a load of fighters no one ever heard of.

Yes, 'shot' versions and old versions.

How many people have really heard of Tom Cowler and Joe Cox and Ned Carpenter who aren't their relatives?

What versions of anyone near as accomplished as those guys did Brennan beat?

Yes, Brennan lost to some bums too.

None. But that doesn't alter the fact that Morrison was nothing special and has a poor quality of wins himself.
Same for Butler (who beat a couple of has-been and lost to several bums) and Botha (who, in a 24 year career, doesn't have a legit convincing win over anyone worth talking about).

He would have had more options as a fighter today no doubt.

Indeed, many people would consider him the undesputed GOAT, and claim Dempsey, Louis or even Ali wouldn't stand a chance. Really the intesting part isn't how he'd do in the 90's, but how long he'd be the champion for. I'm not sure Wlad could come back from being ruined by Brennan, and Vitali would be retired by that point. Maybe Fury could pull it off, after surviving a couple knock downs, but I think the benefit of the doubt would be with the long reigning champion, so in fact, I think he'd still be champion now.
