Bill Corrigan deserves his place in the pantheon of great Irish and Irish-american heavyweights. Stalwarts such as "Hurricane" Peter McNeely and the "Clones Colossus" Kevin McBride are two that come to mind. Here, Corrigan inflicts the first loss on the ferocious Jeff Warner in 1991, getting off the canvas in one of the all-time spectacular heavyweight superbrawls.

Corrigan has recently stated his desire to avenge his 1996 fight with Wladimir Klitschko. All he has to do is to defeat a couple of contenders and the long anticipated rematch is slated for late 2015!

Bill Corrigan never went more than a round with a guy who could actually win fights against real boxers.

Very entertaining for the level though. That steroid monster got his. Sometimes size isn't everything.:good

A great read here. Corrigan became Warner's manager/trainer later. They fixed fights everywhere. Warner had been a pro wrestler, so he got some wrestling buddies to stand in as boxers. In other instances, they made friends with guys at homeless shelters and asked them to come down to the arena and take a knee.

In one instance, they just took a picture of Warner in the ring with a guy and claimed a fight took place and Warner won.

McNeeley or McBride were much more better than Corrigan.
McBride beat Tyson and went the distance (12 rounds) with Adamek.
McBride had a decent amateur carrier.
Otherwiae this Corrigan-Warner was much more exciting than
    some crap W. Klitschko fight.
Warner was muscular at least. He was in far better shape
than Leapai,Sanders,Brock,Povetkin etc. against Wladimir Klitschko.

I think you're jealous because Warner had remarkable muscle mass.
Don't be jealous because sometimes the big muscle mass doesn't prove great power ! Maybe lots of weightlifter girl are stronger than
    Warner.
Corrigan and Warner the glass-chin kings.

Corrigan showed a remarkable ability to miss with his left.
