Corrigan sported a gaudy 11-14 record (14 by knockout losses) while the steriod abusing, woman beating, big lug of an ex-NY Jet had all fixed fights until he was knocked out in the first round by fellow ex-gridiron Houston Oiler Alonzo Highsmith.

I say Corrigan shatters that glass in less than a round.

Gastineau could play football, but he couldn't box....

I saw him fight on TV, a very long time.ago, against some ordinary white dude who looked.more.like an accountant.than a pro fighter, who was about half the size of.Gastineau, and he was knocking Mark all around the ring before.knockng him out , MG should.have stuck.with football...

That wouldn't have been the great Mike Acklie perhaps? The one and only who had an unforgettable trilogy against Dickie Ryan who forgot their fight was supposed to be fixed and flattened Gastineau with a brutal kayo.
