I read they're planning this fight to be chief support with Yarde vs Buatsi as the main event.

They can't go CBS-Riak II, Jonas-Meyer II and Azim-Eubank on PPV. Does about twelve buys.

They probably can go PPV with those three and Buatsi-Yarde headlining, but surely they want to save a fight or two out of those for another regular Sky show.

I know they need to schedule a CBS fight in soon. But surely they should put him on again in Bournemouth? It’s a big city and he has decent support. No one is interested in Riakphore, he doesn’t have that much support. The venue should be dictated to around the support that CBS gets.

I agree, I think I would've done CBS-Riakporhe II and Avanesyan-McKinson in Bournemouth. Fight should be in the champion's backyard if he's a seller IMO. Although I assume they think London gives them the opportunity to put another strong fight on there (Azim-Eubank comes to mind), and more people will come from Bournemouth > London to support CBS than the other way around for Riakporhe.

They should do it in London. CBS will draw a crowd anyway and if he loses, his comeback would be a big seller in Bournemouth later on. Not sure they'd want to cash him out in front of his own fans somehow.

They’ll sell 20000 tickets easy with a strong undercard.

No chance would this be a co main to Yarde Buatsi, that needs to be a main event on it’s own elsewhere.

Arena be abetter atmosphere. Especially if whether not the best, nobody will go in until main fight. Old stadium with pillars all over the place. Heard it’s a terrible away. Thought our boxing bubble bursting a few years ago meant we’d seen the last of these stadium fights.

Good fight though. I thought Smith had done enough first time around, will watch this.

Love the away end at Selhurst. The Arthur Waite stand is like going back in time by 20-30 years. Proper **** hole.

Can't see that many tickets being sold for this mind. Surely Bournemouth would have been better (says he who lives in Dorset).
