The thing is, these events don't need to sell out the stadium to work. Bellew at Everton and Warrington at Leeds clearly didn't have 30-40,000 people there - but they did the job as it mattered to the boxers and the locals that did come. Stadium fights haven't needed sellouts in the past either - Bruno at Wembley, Eubank-Watson at Spurs, etc (although that latter one supposedly lost money!)

This is a strange one in my opinion, not a great stadium, in not a great area, not great for public transport (not on the underground and nearest train stations about 15 mins way), so not easy to get to .
I cant see many people going to this, should be enough parking in the Sainsburys next door to accommodate everyone though !
