Round 3

Godoy jabs and flits around, as Baldomir watches. Baldomir rushes in and clubs away, and gets tossed through the top two ropes. Baldomir keeps up-jabbing his way in, and then curls his body over as Godoy hammers at him with rabbit punches. Baldomir leaps in with a hook and lands a good right. Godoy is sent packing. Baldomir keeps up-jabbing in and getting his head pushed down and rabbit punched. Baldomir still winning the exchanges.

Round 4

Godoy is starting to back Baldomir up with the jab/overhand combination. Baldomir is pushed toward the corner and forced to cover up. Baldomir tries to go to the body, but Godoy moves in and ties up. Baldomir forces one of those fiery exchanges toward the end of the round and scores a bit, but Godoy has landed far more this frame. OOH, nice overhand right to the jaw by Godoy.

Round 5

Vicious little war by the ropes. Baldomir is backing Godoy up with jabs and hooks. BIG right hand over the top by Baldomir. Godoy is trying to box from the outside, but getting hit from range and not catching Baldomir with his own jab. Occasional head turning 1-2 by Godoy, though.

Round 6

Baldomir swipes in and gets clocked with a counter uppercut. Godoy is pushed up on the ropes and hit to the body. Godoy circles out to the left and jabs. Nice work by Godoy, patient and precise. Another big exchange in a corner, with Godoy now landing heavier shots and more of them.

Round 7

Whoa, big assault by Baldomir. Tons of underhand shots to the body. The ref interrupts for some reason, and sends Baldomir to a neutral corner. Big shots by Baldomir coming forward. The ref keeps yelling at him. WTF? Low blows? The action is paused. What is happening? Gum shield of Godoy out. Time in. Godoy is throwing overhands and crashing them against Baldomir's shoulders, then ties up. Baldomir moves in with a jab and right, landing well. Godoy now answers back with a combo from outside. Good connections. Baldomir lands an uppercut. Warned by the ref! atsch For what?? Let them fight! Strong finish by Baldomir.

Baldomir shrugs at the crowd, as though asking "What can I do here? Look what I'm up against..."

 

Round 8

Baldomir is jabbing up at the young man, and then slinging his left arm around his throat in a faux-hook to pull him in preemptively before Godoy can clinch. Lots of rabbit punches both ways due to the proximity. Ref warning both. Headbutt. Baldomir winces and takes time to recover. Time in. Baldomir chases Godoy with his jab. Overhand right, left hook by Baldomir falling in. Godoy stuffs a jab in his face. Lead right by Baldomir, tripled up! Godoy on the ropes!!

Round 9

Baldomir is walking forward, applying pressure with his jab and holding his right hand by his pec. Godoy lands a check hook while pivoting around him. Baldomir keeps ramming jabs in his face. Right hand across the gap by Baldomir. Body shots by Baldomir, and a clubbing right to the side of the head. Clinch. Baldomir gets the better of the infighting. HARD rights to the body by Baldomir. Godoy pushes his jab and circles left on the outside. Baldomir keeps stepping in and jabbing hard. Overhand right by Baldomir, glancing. Flurry by Godoy falling in. Baldomir drops his head down and pushes inside on Godoy, getting slapped with rabbit punches but landing to the body.
