Billy and Jeff plotting Greens downfall

Green mentioned on FSN yesterday that they've done over 30 rounds of brutal sparring together. Not too sure how many times they've sparred though.

I'd love nothing more than a Briggs win, and Sallywinders Briggs anthem has got me even more pumped but gee he looked a bit old on FSN the other day. Had grey hairs coming out his goatee, wasn't in great physical shape, etc. Jeff and Billy will have their work cut out for them on this one.

 

Joe ain't shot or been retired the mandatory three years yet to be considered a viable dance partner for Green .

Green said in that article the other day that they'd probably sparred 30-40 rounds in total?

Anyway, I agree, Billy and Jeff will be beneficial to Paul, I guess I was just trying to say that there's not much they could teach Briggs at this stage of his career, but yeah, a game plan would be on the cards :good

Heard Briggs may be taking a cross country plane trip for a week of training.

I think having Billy in his corner is a huge advantage for Briggs, He worked with Green and would no every flaw in his game.
Whether Briggsy's long lay off will hamper him exploiting those flaws is a diffrent thing.

I reckon its great jeff will be in his corner! great for aussie boxing and great for the show. It will mean ntng to briggs preparation though, billy and jeff were with green 6 years ago and his style is nothing the same. it will catually harm briggs as they think they will know but actually know **** all!

I just hope s a good fight. as someone said too late to change briggs so lets hope he can test greens whiskers! he has to fire fro the first bell which will then bring ring ruist and fitness into the equation as green has this all over him.
