charles out cons conn, giving him an old school boxing lesson and making him look a full step slower in the process. Conn was a great light heavy but anything that he could do ezz could do better. Charles by comfortable 15 ud
Conn has it in terms of durability (probably not decisive). This fight would probably turn on things we cant predict like who would be better at anticipating the other man.
Even that could be argued...considering charles went in agaisnt some murderous punching heavyweights and survived there best shots like louis, valdez, walcott, wallace, marciano, satterfield, layne, haynes, moore, and ray.
Janitor, did you happen to catch Rex Layne vs Bob Satterfield on Youtube?? I know your a fan of layne and wanted to see him at his best. I am currently ordering a couple more of laynes knockouts over Dave Whitlock and Young Harry Wills, so I will tell you how they go.
Yes but if you are too complete you have a lot of scope to select the wrong tools for the job at hand.
Chalres via close decision apparently they sparred during the war and Charles got the better of it and Conn was knocked down. A member on this board has a source I believe.
