What are your opinions and how would you rate Billy Conn between the weights of 147.1 to 174.9? In my opinion he has an excellent resume between those weights and its the meat and potato's of his legacy. With wins over.....

    Zivic
    Risko
    Yarosz
    Corbett III
    Dundee
    Apostoli
    Krieger
    Bettina
    Lesnivich

....and going 12-2 against them, all before the age of 24, I consider that mighty impressive. Especially considering he had no amateur background and didn't have a fight until 4 months before his 17th birthday.

I think he is a bit comparable to Jones Jr here just with a better resume. H2h these two and Charles maybe the best fighters we have good film of between 160 and 175.

Billy Conn was one tough hombre, who went into deep waters from the start of his career. The only fighter of note Conn missed then was the great Freddie
Steele . Billy and his dad idolized Harry Greb,as did Gene Kelly the dancer, also from Pittsburgh...
