Ratings consist of most likely suckers. Fletcher's camp requested he be removed ages ago, but Mr Vocale failed to listen & still does so.
All power happy Vocale had a falling out with Fletch's camp when they chose to challenge WBA International instead defending PABA as he ordered. With that he stripped him & dropped him to #12, where he remains to date.
I heard now that Parker's fight is done & dusted, Vocale is jumping sinking PABA ship & joining http://www.epbcboxing.com/ I suspected he'd done so quite a while ago, and had Carl Zappia & Chrlie Lucas (ANBF Director) keeping his seat warm until he extracts as much coin as he can out of PABA con.
