What a joke the Fleming fight is. His opponent is still TBA and the guy weighed in over 5kg heavier than Fleming!

As I said in another thread, Fleming should look to Japan for some more competitive fights around his weight division.

IBF champ fighting someone whos not even ranked in the IBF ratings and is rated #64 in the world, hope he contuines this diet because once he comes up for another mandatory against someone who can bang he is farked.

Franco is coming for you Billy, wont be a good Xmas for you if they put in the challenge and your forced to fight him in december as your mandatory.

Paul Fleming had a fight which was meant to take place on the Donaire undercard fall through in the US at the final hour hence why he was added to the card. Do you know how hard it is to find an opponent at the last minute? Geez you guys do not know much about the promotional side of boxing do you? If you think you could do a better job why don't you start promoting shows. We will then see how long you would last before doing your ass in!

Mate, we can only go off what we know from the media unless the likes of yourself fill us in otherwise. I say that assuming you've got some affiliation with Paul? I, and plenty of others on here are happy to be wrong with our assumptions so we'd appreciate if you could fill us in. Surely you can see of the face of it how it looks. I've got nothing against Paul and would be happy to see him step up.

Geez your a bit touchy aren't you. If an opponent fell through fair enough that can happen to anyone it's no ones fault. What I do not understand and maybe you could explain to me is why then throw him on a card leaving yourself one week to find an opponent?

I mean seriously nothing against Paul but what is the point of this fight exactly? Looking at the guy and knowing he had a few days notice as compared to Paul who you say was already training for a fight it's obvious he will not give Fleming even the slightest bit of competition. Why not put Paul on a card in 4 - 6 weeks time so Paul's team have the opportunity to find a good opponent who will have half a chance to mentally and physically prepare for the fight? I just don't see what this does for Fleming and his career at this point besides put another meaningless victory on his resume.

Dibs fight is a non title fight, he is moving up to the next division lol, he must have found out franco was knocking on his door. Have to agreee with Daz, why fly the guy back from USA and have him put on a card in AUS, surely its much easyer to have him matched in USA? bigger pool of fighters etc. He hasnt even been in the country for a week has he? , doing this is stupid unless he is fighting some bum then i guess it dont matter much.

There you guys go again, making assumptions. Paul Fleming did not even get the chance to travel to America, his travels were put on hold because the undercard was shortened by Top Rank a week before. Think of how disappointing it would be for you to train hard for 8weeks to have a fight cancelled, of course they would get him a fight. You guys continue to prove that you know very little about the boxing game. You seem to preoccupied belittling our home grown fighters.

Well thanks mate. Appreciate you setting the record straight, which does change things in this instance. Keep us posted on Paul's progress. Any chance of revealing who the US opponent was to be? With Paul's potential, there a quite a few of us keen to see him step up to the next level:good
