    Billy Dib seeking superfight with William Kickett

    BRILLIANT:lol: :lol: :lol: world champion Billy Dib says he's willing to face fellow unbeaten Aussie hotshot William Kickett - any time, any place.
    But he says he wants to build the fight up over a period of time, like Anthony Mundine did with Danny Green.
    "It's got the potential to be a superfight in Australia," said Sydney's IBO junior-lightweight champion.:rofl
    "William Kickett's a good boxer but he doesn't have anything that really worries me.
    "I'd love to fight him. He's unbeaten and I'm unbeaten so the fight is a natural.
    "But I hold a world title and he doesn't.:patsch Once he wins a major belt then the fight becomes a lot more attractive.
    "If we give the fight time to brew we can both do a lot better out of it financially than if we fight now."
    Perth-based Kickett has had 11 fights compared to Dib's 21.
    Dib's trainer Johnny Lewis has called Kickett the best Aboriginal prospect he's seen since Lionel Rose 40 years ago.

    I've noticed you applying the blow torch to Dib lately.
    Where does he currently sit on your p4p **** list?!

    For the record, I don't like him. He's a biter, and is grossly overrated and should have at least had one, possibly two losses on his record.

    It's a travesty to even call it a "World Title"...:twisted:

    And certainly.....Nobody outside the Australian Boxing Fraternity has ever heard of him...:patsch

    give dib a break...he has dreams, trains hard, puts himself in harms way to live his dreams.

    so he got the good end of a bad decision...? so what!! about time an aussie got the benefit of a bad decision.

    Business wise that's the smartest thing Billy has said. Let it marinate. Drum up publicity and it will benefit both of them financially. Hope nothing derails that plan. I hope Dib and Kickett are succesful in this sport. It would be tops for boxing for this country..But I got Kickett to win by decision or late round TKO.

    It's just a pity that it didn't happen to a more deserving Aussie like Katsidis, or Briggs, instead of Dib.

    I think he has Russell Crowe ahead of Martyn Bryant too. :p

    Billy needs to fight cool willie straight away he has a so so title with a so so fight he needs to step up and fight someone decent and then he can say he i someone Willie will teach him a lesson big time guess he is just too scared

    Willie just a beat a guy easily better than anyone on Billy's resume.

    I reckon they are on pretty much the same level now, Id like to see this fight in the next 6 months.
