He's going good Ash... 8rds vs. Carlos Lopez on Ryan Waters Left Hook Promotions show - March 6th and working the house down in training. His 8rds of sparring yesterday was tip top work. Billy H. very happy with him and we've got some nice opportunities developing behind the scenes at the moment, which once finalised will announce in due course.
A few of Billy H's team and also the likes of Gairy St. Clair, Vic D, Joel Brunker and a up and coming talent - Paul Fleming. It's a good mix and keeps the work varied which he's thriving on.
Sounds great.....you mentioned before that he was working on his work rate.....its an easy thing to say but hard to do. How do you pick up his work rate without leaving him open to counters?
Do I look like I'm Billy H? I've got an ugly melon, let alone if I had the beard thing happening as well! No seriously mate, the training's Billy's department, but I know it's been a process both Billy's have been working on and Billy H. is very happy with how it's coming along. This attribute will only compliment further Billy's speed and movement which I'm sure you'll agree is right up there. We are looking for some exciting times in 2010.
