Hmmm don't know a lot about Archer but have seen him on film, he doesn't look as good as Graham from memory only so until I look deeper my tip is for Graham.
..nobody who saw both of them fight would have to toss a coin to pick the winner of this one. graham .....a fighter just on the edge of greatness would have no trouble with the just-a-bit-better than good joey archer. billy by a wide decision.
