daaaamn, hes going ham on that fat grease pig. funny thing is, theyre both right.

 

I would expect a 12 year old to write that kind of stuff, not a professional boxer in his mid twenties.

 

Apparently, Dan only tweeted that after Saunders repeatedly called him a pedophile, a fat grease pig, and insulted his mother. Dan's response seems restrained to me.

 

Jesus. I am surprised it wasn't a fake account or something with what he said. Dan is useless but the pedophile stuff is extreme.

 

I do not know the US laws as well as I know UK law obviously.

So I will ask you knowledgeable lot.

I was talking to a friend earlier (yes I have friends and yes they are real) and he said large Dan could now cause Saunders problems going to the US if he decided to sue and serve Saunders if he steps foot in the US for calling him a **********.

So my question is, Could Saunders be served if he goes to the US if Large Dan decided to go in?

 

Technically that's libel but almost nobody would sue over it. It comes down to how angry Dan gets and how litigious he is. Donald Trump sues people at the drop of a hat. But a high profile lawsuit against an athlete Rafael is covering would probably hurt his career and be discouraged by the brass at ESPN.

Besides, lawsuits cost money and journalists usually don't have that kind of money. Pacquiao was able to sue Mayweather for telling people that Pac was using steroids, but they are both millionaires.

:good thank you, I thought it was unlikely but because of what Saunders called him I could see why anybody would be upset.

 

I used to like BJS, he seemed pretty grounded, and has always had bags of talent.

However, over the last couple of years he's started to sound more and more like an uneducated gob****e, and is holding that belt to ransom.

Put up or shut up Billy, thats if you don't get sued for every penny after calling somebody a ********** on a social media website.
