There was a case on the YT fitness community where a guy in the States sued someone in the U.K. for libel/defamation. Evidently he won a judgement but the guy in the U.k. was a citizen, married to a U.k. woman but could not pay so got deported back to the U.S..


Simple matter of just getting a U.K. lawyer to take your case. You do not even need to be present, just available for a closed circuit set up.
