Wilder's team were in Nando's rehearsing their roles and scripts for the post fight acting tonight.

John Fury has been learning his lines for weeks even though he gets the same few words to spout out.

 

Calm down virgin, I like Saunders and I never said there’s anything wrong with shitting it from Wilder.

And Saunders is between 5’10” and 5’11”. You don’t know **** if you think Saunders, a large MW who has boxed at 175 in one of his tune up fights, is 5’7”.

Amusing stuff- I doubt it was a PR stunt unless it was and it got completley out of hand. It Looked like glass and tables where flying everywhere, people being bowled other etc.

Either way, I give Saunders credit for standing by his words and his ground initially.

 

i think saunders was right to slide away from that one, saunders is well known for fighting in herts.

 

I have no idea (and don’t really care) whether this was a work or not.

If it was scripted though, what was the point?

It’s an altercation between two guys who will never fight each other.

A middleweight champ seeking big fights and credibility throws food at someone and runs, looking equal parts tool and chicken**** in the process.

A heavyweight champ claiming to be the baddest man on the planet gets food thrown at him and completely disrespected, but can never (legally) do anything about it.

What’s the angle? What’s the pay-off?

 

Don’t see what it does for Wilder but for Saunders it allows him to piggy back off one of he biggest hw title fights for a while...

 

The layoff is it stirs the pot for wilder v furry. You know the whole yank v Traveller thing. For bjs himself there is NO such thing as bad publicity.....

 

Yeah, real fighting men retreat when facing overwhelming enemy numbers and firepower.
