Pass I'm way out of the loop but regardless it's a banned substance. The onus and responsibility is on the athlete to exercise caution and shock horror eat natural foods or use OTC anything certified as safe (a list of which is almost certainly provided by the relevant authorities).

Pro athletes can't use ignorance as a defence I'm sorry.
