It gets a mandatory out of the way, and it's last possible option if everyone is refusing. They can't force anyone in the ring with them.

Plus, who says they have the money to do just pay that big of money? I guess you'd suggest Golovkin to give up his purse to Saunders and just earn nothing to make the fight happen.

It's the number reported by UK ESPN and Boxing Scene.

I'm so sick of this GGG is getting old bull****, he's a very well preserved 33, has barely taken any damage in his career, hasn't had any wars, and most likely won't in the near future either, he can go like this unlike his skills and reflexes start to erode, which could be well into his 40's if he takes care of himself.

Bjs has Andy lee and jr on his resume!
What does Lemiuex have a loss to Rubio and Alcine!

The funny thing is you are right Lemieux is his biggest name sadly!

Bjs would box Lemiuex's ears off 12-0, unlessb he cracks Lemeiuxs mandible early. Funny thing is bjs would be the one witj better stamina in that match up.

Bjs has more name value and more relavance.
    He demands more coin

It's ironic because it's usually the Mayweather fans who say this, yet Mayweather was quite well preserved himself. He was putting on masterclasses, looking spectacular at 35 and even after.

Because he could potentially lose, and while a GGG loss wouldn't hurt his value that much.. a Eubank Jr one would.

And who does Eubank Jr have on his resume? He has his father's name and that's about it.. I rate Lemieux's wins over N'Dam and Rosado as better than anything Eubank Jr has accomplished easily.

Well by his own admission, he felt just a few months ago that he was about a year and a half away from fighting Gennady. So I think it's fair to assume that if he does decide to go ahead and fight Gennady this spring/summer that he's essentially cashing out.

There's also the possibility that he might lose his title within his next few defenses. So to that effect he may never get a payday of this magnitude again unless Eubank Jr continues to win and they can have a UK clash somewhere in England.

All fighters in their mid 30's get that age thing thrown at them. Not many fighters have a prime post 35. GGG might be exception but we wont know for sure until his career plays out.

Yeah, they conveniently overlook this fact over and over again. Not to mention his skill level and amazing defense. It seems like Mayweather fans don't really know what they're seeing in the ring and aren't quite the sweet science aficionado's that they claim to be, if they were this would be very apparent to them.

Lol Rosado? Get outta town, who has he beat.

Chudinov is a beast he would stomp Rosado and ndam

Atleast jr has a name and he's got a very fan friendly style. Plus he's got charisma and puts bums on seats.

GGG will be, as will many of the well preserved older fighters from Eastern Europe who are getting late starts in the sport, all the time they spent in the amateurs has taught them their craft including importantly defense so they can be active for many years.

True, but if bjs does lose and Eubank wins a title,he will stalk Eubank about taking his 0 and will talk him into a rematch
