Stopped the Aussie in 2 clinical rounds. So much to like about BJS, his array of punches are devestating. Havent seen many young fighters look as acomplished as he does. Speaks well also, has respect for his opponant which is nice to see.
That's what Buncey and Lillis thought, he looked fine to me. He's quite a small Middleweight, he'd be tiny at 168.
Interesting observation cos there was thread the other day saying he should drop to light-middleweight. Personally he looks about right at middleweight for now.
why? the aussie didn't know where he was - even when he'd stumbled back to his corner he was still on jelly legs. by far the worst was the irish fella who went down after buglioni punched his gloves!
How tall is he? Anyway he looks the goods, natural fighter and the way he puts his shots together is lovely
Quality boxer, has all the attributes to be world champion. For me he'd beat Barker and Murray now, but not Macklin yet, give him 3 years and he'll be a superstar!
I was going to ask how do u reckon he would go against Macklin? Macklin looked pretty good on the weekend himself.
He'll always have a good following as well, which does help. I like him and think he'll win world titles.
He does have potential, but don't get carried away with a quick dismissal of Jarrod Fletcher. His zero was twice emptier than Hitler's scrotum.
Come on IB, it wasn't like unbeaten Fletcher was Billy Joe's equivalent of Wilder's unbeaten McCreary... :bart He isn't a world beater by any stretch of imagination, but he isn't a bum either.
